Mike and his team were great to work with. We hired them to do a large cutout in a supporting wall for us. While we hit some snags through the process and it took longer than anticipated, the finished product is beautiful, and everything was done thoroughly. Price wise, MDS is very reasonable, Mike and team are very easy to work with, and they have a great eye for design. When we were unsure of a design decision, they gave great input. Will definitely hire again!

When our roof needed re-shingling we did some internet research on quality of shingles and brands that were manufactured in Canada and got estimates from 3 local roofing companies. The office gave us heads-up telephone calls advising us when workmen would arrive at our home, and shingling was done in stages so that the roof could be “buttoned-up" before any thunderstorms. The clean-up after their work was meticulous and the quality of the roofing was excellent.

We needed our porch repaired and also some interlocking fixed that had started to sag. As both of these had been done many years ago by a different company. When Cam came to do the quote he explained exactly how the repairs would be done and provided a written estimate. Once the work was started the work needed to fix the front porch was more than expected and took more time than quoted, but Cam didn't try to charge more. The job was done very well in a timely manner and at a high quality.

John and his crew replaced most windows, all siding and aluminum on the outside of our house. Quality work and easy to deal with. Very happy with final results.

Roy from Brother's came to my house to replace a downspout and redirect it into a rain barrel. He came to see the job promptly after I called him and his price was lower then several of the other quotes I obtained. He worked hard on the job and ensured that the area was clean, tidy and free of debris. I would recommend his services to others.

Benny did an awesome job on installing a railing on our front porch. His workmanship is superb and he provided free smiles as well! Benny had it quoted and installed in a couple of weeks and now it will no doubt pass our house inspection with flying colours. I would totally recommend his company.

We had Joe Bodnar do three projects at our house. First a large renovation doing a finished basement. The workmanship was outstanding, whether it was the framing, drywall, taping, sanding, and painting. Price was very good too, and Joe worked seamlessly with all trades. The finished basement looks excellent! We then had him do a full fence replacement (picture shown) and tiling in our kitchen (picture shown). We intend to use him for some work at our cottage too! Highly recommended!

Brian Bien came quickly to give me a quote which was stuck to. The job was supposed to take two weeks but the contractors were so efficient, they finished in one week. Today I went to Rona in East Gwillimbury to buy some hardware stuff. We met an associate named Diaba in paint department who took us to hardware section and helped above and beyond today. We were very impressed with her excellent customer service. She was very respectful, helpful and very knowledgeable about Rona products and had lot of patience as well. She spend almost 45 minutes to find the best hardware products for us. We are yet to find such a talented associate in any stores in New market

Was always a home depot shopper due to its proximity to my house.one day i decided to go to lowes cz they had a good deal on bbq. The customer service was phenominal. I was greeted as soon as i arrived by a young and ready to help associate. I ended up buying more than just bbqs. Never goin back to HD again,u never get this kinda service there. Cheers Lowes!
