I have been going to JR Auto Care on and off for over 20 years at times when I have lived in Toronto. I have never found a more honest and thorough mechanic who frankly under charges compared to every other auto shop I have used. I feel so fortunate to know about his services. I took my car in to have my brake light wiring checked. Tyler helped me; he's a very personable professional. He found that the wiring issue was only minor so he corrected it without even charging me. He even changed my bulbs for free. His honesty and kindness is unmatched compared to some other auto repair shops I've been to. His is now the only shop in Brampton I'll go to.

Best mechanic in the city! Only place we'll take our cars. Replaced our brakes that started to squeak a few days later. This team replaced it, for free, and were quick about it. Very thankful a friend of mine introduced me to to Tony who owns and operates this shop. This place is top notch nothing but A1 work coming out of here. EXTREMELY HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY. Quality car repairs and customer service is exceptional. It is common for a woman to be treated poorly when they walk into a car repair shop --- that has been my experience for many years. When I went to Quality, they were respectful, sensitive, and very kind. They do not overcharge or fix what does not need to be fixed! Their rates are reasonable and the quality of service is quite high. I highly recommend them.

Took my car in for service. Other local shops quoted me ridiculous numbers and were trying to fix the wrong things. Vitali made the proper diagnostic and took care of my problem. Half of the things specified by other mechanics for repair didn't actually need it (or at least not yet). This shop is not fancy, but service is professional and price is fair. Would highly recommend.

I needed major repairs on my brakes and I was advised by one of my friend to go see Trinco Motors. I was promised I will only be charged for parts which were faulty and nothing more. Since it was a friend’s recommendation, I was optimistic to find a good mechanic with solid experience and quality work. Received excellent services. Trust worthy as well as a skilled mechanic. One word: WOW. If I could give more stars, I would. I am very particular about who touches my car, and how they do their work (I keep a watchful eye over people). Needless to say I'm not very trusting of every mechanic or any person in the auto industry. Every single person who touched my car, did so with care. Derek and his team did an AMAZING job, and know what they're doing. They did an excellent job washing my car at the end. 10/10 I would recommend them. Honest and Professional Service!
